I look it like everything has a place. Get in the habit of putting something back where it goes right after you use it.
Eventually you'll get into a habit of it and then you'll always know where something is, makes life alot more efficient and less stressful imo

I actually use Post it notes a shit ton. I just throw em up on my desk and cross stuff out when I get it done.

take a shower.
brush your teeth.
now think about what's wrong and needs to be changed.

get rid of stuff you don't need. Figure out places to keep everything and when you use something make sure you put it back in the same place.
