Snow in summer?

on line traveling circus 1.2 welcome home; andy had snow in his backyard for 582 days and i was wondering how to do it? i'm making a summer ski setup so any help would be great! +k

either he got it from an ice rink or he put it under a nasa blanket, he shows it in one of of the episodes done remember which one
