If you do a good job cooking them they will easily last double the time of a stock liner. The type of material they use is much harder to pack in...as long as you don' t overheat them during the initial fitting....I expect 200 days out of mine no problem.
However, if they are oem liners they may be made to different standards to accomodate the compnies needs...
Good for you, you are lucky to be employed by the industry and you have quite a ressume.
Some of the guys I ride with have had their powerwraps for over three seasons, have baked them multiple times and even transfered them to different boots. Most of the problems I have heard have to do with overheating the liner during fitting, and as you of all people should know that is crucial. Moreover I am not talking bout the oem $69 dollar ones from evo... I am talking about the one made in the Vancouver factory, of course.
I am sure the intuition/atomic collab liner you work with is excellent, but I have confidence that the powerwrap will last longer than the vast majority of oem liners any day....sorry Bro.
However, if you can get a liner to last even longer than Intuition products I am all for it...
Wait I hae been sidetracked. Most people can get an entire extra season on the second bake and a half season on the third. No harm in trying, just don' t over do it with the heat or all will be lost
