Replying to Shoulder injury help +k

two days ago i injured my shoulder when i fell doing a switch up on a sharkfin rail.  it doesnt hurt when i touch it but when i try to move it i feel a lot of pain.  I think its my rotator cuff thats injured and i was wondering what i could do for treatment.  I dont have enough time or money to go see a doctor or physical therapist so please dont suggest that.  right now it is in a sling resting, i also took some pain pills.  thanks alot +k for good answers
