Finally learned 180s...not much I know, but what should be next from a progression standpoint? i'm interested in 360s but don't know if I should learn the most I can do with 180s. Help me out! Please?
practice 3's man. once you get comfortable with those, then you move on to grabs with those spins. when you're doing the three, keep your head turned and your body will follow. keep that simple concept in your head and it will work! hope this helps.
A lot of the replies are pretty much saying the same thing, but I think this one really sums it all up. Just go for the 360 and once you get it down you'll be able to pull it out with steez! Good luck
weird that this is the only post saying to learn grabs first. I agree that kids should get the straight air grabs before spins. learn as many grabs as you can, then spin and add the grabs. this is natural progression
