Recent update I did for Crystal Mountain last week, had to insert a not great quality interview but got some decent shots to go with it. Played around with the optic flow option in final cut x a little bit and though it isn't perfect its still pretty cool. Check it out

I liked it, you had some really nice shots in there and it flowed well. The audio on that one guys interview was not the best but It didnt really take away from the video too much as a whole I dont think. Good Work!
Also what exactly is optical flow? I have never used Final Cut X before.

Optical Flow is a bit like twixtor already built in. It brings frames together a little better if you go below 24fps. The shot cant have a ton of movement, there are a few tiny flaws if you look closely.
