How to magic lantern

I have a canon 5D mk II and I have been reading about magic lanter software on the media and arts forum for a while now. I am really interested in giving it a try. So what my question is, is how do I download the latest version of magic lantern and how do I install it on my camera? (I don't know if it changes anything but I have a Mac) Thanks for you help
