my grandpa jsut died, bummer

we thought he was going to die a lil over 2 years ago, however he's jsut been holding on.

it got really bad toward the end, he couldn't remember anything, didn't even know his own children. i don't mean this in a bad way, but i'm kidn of happy for him that he gets to rest finally. he broke his hip last march and hasn't been able to walk since.

shame to see him go, be he had a very successful life.

goodbye grandpa.

that sucks man im sorry. i lost both of my grampas in less than a week. one died in his sleep and the other died 2 days later he had alzheimers and he didnt even know who my dad was the last time i saw him.

mine was like 78 or 79 or something.

he had a great life, he was a doctor and founded a hospital in the antelope valley in california, the american red cross had some ceremonies for the shit he's done....i think he was ready to go. don't feel sorry, he was a great guy.

oh he also had a fat farm, where people would go and loose weight backin the day. what a cool guy.

all of my grandparents are still alive... but that sucks, it always sucks when ppl you know or are close to u die.

I didnt even have a grandpa in my hole lifetime. They both died before I was bourne :(

my gramps died a few months ago, he lived only like a mile away from my house s oi usually saw him pretty often. they said he wouldn't live that long casue of his smoking and stuff, but he was able to get through it well. really sucked when it happened though, cause he was in the hospital for a week or 2 and the 2nd week we knew he wasnt going to make it cause they said so and he was on morphine. it was hard to think about it even before h died, cause family was starting t omake funeral arrangments before.

yah my grandpa died on my birthday... but its real sad when a grandparent doesn't know you because they can't remember your face/name. Not to sound like a little bitch, but if my grandma dies I really can't feel that much sadness because she never knew me for more than a minute.

Sorry to hear your bad news though. RIP.

Both of my granpas are still alive, but I know that they will both be gone soon. One has a horrible knee that has had to be fixed 3 times, and he just withers away after every surgery. My other grandpa just had to have like his 4th angioplasty, and hes had an anurism, He id still some how in amazing health, but I know his luck will run out shortly.
