To about half the workers at buckmans in whitehall, pa it means "we can't work on these bindings".
To the dictionary it means, protected from lawsuit by the manufacturer...
The read the list of allowed bindings a list that they couldn't touch. hahaha

It means your bindings are either so old or defective that they are not safe to work on, which is why the shop won't work on them because when you try to sue the shop because you got hurt using them, the manufacturer will not protect the shop. Therefore, the shop will not take the chance in mounting them. This is standard procedure in North America.

its "non indemnified" not just "indemnified".
