Getting blood out of Full Tilt liners

so i had some gnarly blisters that broke whilst skiing/stitches that bleed through the bandages and soaked both my liners.

whats the best way to rid my liners of blood stains?

soap and water?, also dont take this for a fact but i hear diet coke is good for getting blood out of stuff, also these tide things worked well when i cut my arm and bled all ove my t shirt http://www.tide.com/en-US/product/tide-to-go.jspx

i heard that too about the coke just not too sure about that...

already tried soap and water and it didnt do anything

cold water works best with blood....

and thats also one of the nastier things i've heard happen with liners...
this and the kid who got pee in his boots...

Hydrogen Peroxide?
Dissolves carbon aka blood.
Might effect the color, but it depends on what color your liners are.

this works, i broke my nose and got blood all over the g suit and put peroxide on it and bam good as new:)

Probably abrasion from not having his boots tightened enough? I don't tighten my boots that much while skiing park ad I some times get blisters

blisters were from indoor soccer.

spit if you can. the enzymes break down your blood. I learnt this the hard way in tae kwon do... its kind of awkward when its someone elses blood because you cant really ask them to spit on your dobok after breaking there face, though sometimes ypu dont have to ask to get spat on... its just usually not where the blood is.
