When I went i messed up my bases and now they feel a little bit fuzzy in spots. Nothin a base grind wont fix. Just make sure that you put enough hot wax on and then use the rub on after every run.
They provide you with wax, just apply it liberally. The workout you get just digging yourself out of the pit is rigorous enough that waxing between jumps gives you a nice little break.
Hot wax before you hit the ramp, use the dry stick of wax at the top before ieach hit. Then do a hot wax again after 5 or so. It's all provided iron and all.
