I usually get sad because i can't ski at that current moment in time, so yeah....cry and wank sitting down in the shower while listening to Lionel Richie does the job.

I sit on NS whilst listening to music on my gamechair most times. That, fap, or find somethin to do with a bro to get my mind off things. Naps are good too, but I hardly ever actually fall asleep so I end up just thinking about it more.... I guess that doesn't work too good.

I try to separate myself from whats making me sad, then I surround myself in positive things that open my eyes to all the good in the world or (the things I love) like be with family, go skiing or watch ski edits, and maybe just eat some really good food listen to good music and play a fun game.
