Problem with my 360

Hi everyone!,

when I try a 360 with my ski's, I not have problems to turn, I can do a 540 but not land it.

My spin is OK, my spin too, but I land the 360 on my ass??

Practice practice and more practice, there is really no other way to fix backseat landings than just doing it over and over again until you can land it clean. Also try to bend you knees in the air and move smoothly if that makes any sense. Like don't jerk around your torso or anything in the air.

Good pop should help: crouch a bit when coming towards the jump, then extend your legs at the lip. Also focus on being very forward in the air. Here are 2 videos (in french woohoo!) that might help:

when you take off punch forward with your rotation, not far enough to where you will start rotating a misty but enough to keep you straight in the air, trying to grab mute or safety will also set you straight

I tried today what you said, and trying a grab is not a good idea but I finaly do it correctly.

when you look over your shoulder to set the rotatin look over and up so that your looking kind of diagonal behind you.

when you're spinning, keep turning your head. if you do this your body will follow. hope this helps.

make sure you body is center when poping off the jump, have an agressive stance, and dont spin from arms, spin from your uper body/torso, i use to have the same problem then i just practiced andwhen poping, pop from your arches of your foot and not your heets and back, hope that made sense..lol
