Ok so last summer i picked up a pair of new k2 domains. Took them to a local shop to have them mount my jesters that had been used for a season. So i get them back and ski on them for no more then 3 days then the back right binding pulls completely out. I pick up the binding and notice there are only three screws in it, i figure it must have poped out in the snow but when i looked at the ski i can see that four holes had been drilled but only three screws were put in. Obviously i conclude that the binding ripped out because of this so i bring them back to the shop. They remount the binding and replace all of the screws and glue them down. They assure me this will last for a long time so i leave content. Next i ski one full day then on like the fourth run of my second day with them, the same binding rips out again. I havent brought them back yet, but i am going in with the notion that they should do no less then replace my skis. So NS i am coming to see if there is some sort of legal precedent that would force them to replace my skis. One of the things they mentioned the first time is that they are not a K2 dealer.
Also as a side not, my family has been doing business with this store for a long time now.
