you need to smoke at least an eigth a day to have any kind of effect on your body. but a ton of people smoke out of water bongs or bubbers so the hit is cooled down, therefore, it does almost no damage because your lungs aren't being burned.

You can still get a lethal dose from it. I’m not saying it’s easy to die from smoking weed. It however is still harmful. You just need to treat it like liquor. If you are responsible with it, than you will have few problems. I you are irresponsible, that you can run into problems.

oh my god i jsut read some posts.....i had no idea people where so fucking stupid.....anything that you put in your lungs besides o2 and co2(exhale) is bad for your lungs. you have a gas exchange chamber and all the other shit that goes in there clogs your gas exchange (by taking up the room that o2 would normally be used for) my god, what do you guys tihnk your lungs are? they don't just decide what to accept when thtings are put inside what's put inside them (the right lung, where you avioli is).

these threads are getting tiresome, pretty much weed smokers are in denial that weed is bad for your body. people who don't smoke weed are extremely bias and think it's some amazing drug and makes your brain see shit....weed in moderation isn't bad, but taking a break from it ever now and then is not a bad idea. now if you excerise your brian, (ie: reading, remembering things, socializing) the affects probably wont' be so great. i think people who smoke bud get all stupid and shit because they stop doing a lot of the things they did before the started their habbit. it's jsut a ncie way to relax, however it will always have it's effects on you, weather it's noticable or not.
