Getting Grips off of Line Pin Poles

How do you take off the grips on the 2012 Line Pin Poles? I know the boiling water thing, but there are some weird silver screw things on the bottom of the grips. Thanks

I'm sure I saw another thread on this and the screws had to come out. Remove them, stick them in boiling water and give it a try

On my poles, the screws just attached the strap to the grip. It didn't attach the grip to the pole. So with that being said, I just pulled like hell for like 20 minutes and it finally came off. I would use a clamp, lots of WD40 and muscle
