Either you hate what Tyler does, or you love it. But you can’t deny the over-analyzed, contradictive “Yonkers” as one of the best songs of the year. I especially loved it before it got played out by every mainstream fan of his.

are you serious? this year is redefining good hip hop. although the list had some random duds, the top ten are all legitimate tracks. Nas is flowing like he did on illmatic, and even if yonkers is overplayed, that song sparked a shit ton of buzz and won a grammy.
