It Christmas/Hanukah time, and many of us know that camera gear could have been under the tree or given to you, so let's see what everyone has acquired!

I wasn't really expecting anything this year, but my dad somehow pulled a Sigma 10-20mm 4-5.6 out of his ass, and I admittedly screamed like a little girl. One of my best Christmas's ever. I also purchased a new pair of skis a couple weeks ago, making the new year ever so more epic.

So NS, tell me what you received for Christmas!

Since my birthday and christmas are both in december, I usually get combined gifts that end up being super epic. This year I got my t2i body from my mom, a nice voleurz jacket from the daddio (as well as a trip to revelstoke and whitewater), socks, All I Can, grandma's baking, and enough money to buy me a tamron 17-50. I didn't make a list this year because I didn't really care if I got gifts, and then got blown away with the best gifts of all time. Sostoked.

M&A related.. I Got a cheap LCDVF, Tamron 17-50, azden smx-10, Audio-Technica ATR-35S, lens hoods, 2 transcend 16 gb class 10 cards, a few other small accesories too. I'll probably buy a tascam dr-40 with some money i got too:)

yeah its an amazing LAV for the price, it was so cheap. I just tested it earlier tonight with my t2i w/ the new ML release and I thought it sounded pretty good. It seemed a little quiet but I didn't do too much custom audio level setting so that's probably why
