Program to animate.

Hey guys, I have a logo I have been working on. I have it all drawn out and I know how I want to animate it, but I just dont know what program to use to animate it. What program would you guys recommend to edit a logo? Macromedia flash? Adobe After Affects? I just don't know. Also it would be helpful if it was a program I would be able to torrent. Thank you.

what sort of animation do you wanna do to it? like 3d stuff or just effects in 2d?

I think it will just be a 2d animation, possibly 3d?
