Ive had a couple sizing problems from back when they were still messing around with their sizing charts, everytime they were super quick and cooperative, i believe i just had to pay the return shipping then theyd send the correct size
oh lawd. but saga is pretty reasonable with this kinda stuff. last time i emailed them they emailed right back. just get in contact with them and im sure you can trade for a different size
yea i bet if you made your younger brother wear it then took a photo you could make a rediculous statement how your grandma got you xl and u need customer service

But yeah sagas customer service sucks. My girldfriend bought a thermal a year or so ago and the seem on the sleeve was massively ripped. When she told them about it all they said was "wow thanks for letting us know we need more customers like you." what the fuck is that? she spent a ridic amount on a overpriced shirt and that all they say? not oh sorry send it back and well send you a new one?
