I know how to do it, I did this shit when I wasn't committing to my misty 5s. You set your rotation like a misty but instead of keeping your head on your shoulder you start looking on the ground. Anyway, it's like a sideflip/frontflip.

looks like a failed overflip

Overflip:
Baisically the opposite of an underflip, commonly mistaken for a misty 5. 90, lincoln loop downhill (feet face jump followed by head) to another 90, landing backwards. see mike wilson in ready, fire, aim or in superpark 2. These do look almost exactly like misty’s.

it is not a misty 3, in fact i'd even compare it to a flatspin 3 but you're flipping forward. a flat 3 is basically an off axis backflip, and this was basically an off axis frontflip.
