It's my first christmas home in 3 years, super nice to be home again, but last year I skiied a bluebird day in utah and this year I'm skiing across from a corn field in Ohio.  sacrifices

Well, this is going to be my 3rd consecutive Christmas away from my friends and family...
I am a sailor and we work 7 days a week...there are no days off for us. But, around this time, the crew gets together and celebrate the holidays! Its a pretty special thing, but I do miss spending time with my loved ones.

So to all you lonely NS members, this one goes out to you!

Sick! I am a mechanical engineer officer (the title is misleading). I am writting up my 3rd class ticket after new years. I have a 4th class, but this year I spent a lot of time acting 3rd. I long the day I get my 1st class ticket...

Go for unlimited master's, they are very well payed and job looks awesome!

And if your sailing this time of year, I salute you and wish you a merry christmas and a great new year!
