Thats right. You have to get Full Tilts cooked right from day one. There is a special process for this. It sounds like the guy didnt know jack about the boot or he would have known this. They line your foot with a pad and really add padding to the toes for volume or they suck. Then you step in the hot liner and boot for 30 min or so. They will be the best performance boot youve ever had and zero issues when you get them fitted right!!!
I would get them properly fitted they way Full Tilt trains there shops to do so. Our Store owner went to Full tilt and was shown the right way to fit there boots. Its standard with these boots and no extra charge!! These liners and boots arent like other boots. Go get them heated up with the volume pads cut to match your feet before you stick your foot in them. If they dont know what your talking about go to a full tilt dealer that does and get them done there or call fult tilt and explain whats happening and they will refer you to a good boot fitter on there dime.
The guy who told you to just wear them to break them in is a retard!!!
I have Konflicts and my son has Hot Doggers. We both got ours heated and adjusted at the shop last year. Niether had any issues from day one. Other than we both had to dremill the inner rivot on both at the anckle bone. This is a comon spot to file or dremill down as it sticks out a bit and youll feel a sharp spot after a while. We brought them back to the shop and he knew exactly what needed to be done and good to go.
He told us that at full Tilt when they were training the shop guys that the boots are designed to be heated with volume added in the toes and around the sides of the foot or the boots would feel terrable for a long time . The intuition liners are tough and dont break in fast with out a heat mold.
