I just got a pair of Dynastar px12s which have an 80 mm brake width, and need to bend them to get them to fit my 89 mm double times. Alas, I have a whole slew of noob like questions as I haven't had this problem before.
1) will my shop bend the brakes for me when I get them mounted? If so, all following questions are irrelevant.
2) Does anyone have good ways to bend brakes (preferably without dismantling the bindings)?
3) Could I just bend them by hand? I've tried and it hasn't been working so great, but I'm also really worried about snapping something in the bindings.
