Replying to Black & White Mad Trix?

I was looking at the older Black and White Mad Trix but was wondering if I should get the ones with the tyrolia TD8 binding system on it or ones undrilled and unmounted for the same price? They are both new. I know that the tyrolia bindings aren't great but does it make that big of a difference? Also even if I get new bindings should I buy the skis that come with them and is that hard to have the bindings changed on those skis (do they need to be redrilled, I think that its some kind of plate binding whatever that is)?
