100000 Terry's Chocolate Oranges. But really, nothing, I feel like an ass asking for stuff. HOWEVER if I were to ask for something, it would be those McConkey signature Crowbars.
What i asked for is a new set up (skis, bindings, boots) and a season pass ( $100 ), which i think im getting, but surprisingly were getting iphones too, and i didnt even ask for one. turning out to b a good christmas
But really...I already got my present. 1500 cash, just like the last 5 years or so. I just buy whatever I want and then tell my parents what I got. It works a lot better than them trying to buy me things.
Meh, I'm 23, I don't live at home, and it's easier for me to pick out my own gifts over time when I see something I like, rather than have my parents stress over getting me things. They ask me every year and I just tell them I prefer the money. It has nothing to do with laziness. I get money for my birthday too. I usually just end up buying lots of clothes/shoes and random cool shit I wouldn't buy if it wasn't gift money, then put the rest in the bank. I don't really see a downside to it, other than I can't rip open presents like a rabid child.
My parents are pretty religious so my mom goes on the fact that "it never says to celebrate Jesus's birthday in the bible" So we don't do Christmas. My grandmother would usually give us $30 though because she knew all we wanted was the presents and she felt bad that we would never get anything else. A couple weeks ago she passed away though.
Jeeze that sounded a lot more depressing then I planned on.
I just meant it to be like, I just wish I got gifts.
I give some gifts to my friends though. My family also doesn't have a lot of money so my parents would rather not spend the money on me anyways so it's just another reason why we don't get anything. I didn't get anything for my birthday last year either. Wah wah wah... "coolstorybro" I know. Haha
I wished for all the little herp boys and derp girls in the world to receive the gift of proper spelling and grammar. It's a long shot, and hell there's more needy people out there like Jamal who needs an escalade but dammit you can't fault me for trying.
I must say I'm somewhat jealous. I've only ever gotten presents that are worht $200 max. and I stopped getting stuff 2-3 years ago and I'm 20 I tell them they don't have to get me anything.
nothing, my parents bought me a truck for graduation and loaned me money to buy a house so i'm all set. they'll probably buy me some furniture or something despite my requests that they dont.
