Replying to Companies with good service and warranty departments.

I'm planning on opening my own ski shop when I finish college in 3 or 4 years. I think it is very important to only carry companies who will back their products and provide good service to customers who buy their stuff. So I was wondering what companies everyone has had good or bad experiences with. And not just with skis also with poles, boots, bindings, clothes, gloves, packs and bags, eyewear, and accessories. All that good stuff that should hold up but never does. So yeah just give me some imput. Thanks.
