Booters fitting problem

so i bought the full tilt booters and my feet seem to be falling asleep. I WENT TO A BOOTFITER AND TRIED ON LIKE 6-8 BOOTS. the boters fit the best but now i have pain on the sides on both of my feet after about an hour of use . arter a wile i cant feel my feet and when i take my boots off i get pins and needels in my sole
so NS i need help go back to the shop for streching or what else. please no hate +k for help

You live in Eastchester. What bootfitter did you go to?

I'd imagine it will get better though. You just have to wear them in first

taking your boot off cause pins and needles to go into your sole. That is weird.


But really, I have heard that the first few days on fulltilts sucks, but after they break in they get a lot better.

Similar situation I had with my SPK's. Tbh youre in the perfect situation. I heat molded my liner, put on a little toe cap to help expand the toe box and put on thicker socks than usual when heat molding. Cranked the buckles down all the way practically to the point of tears in my eyes. After the heat molding they should feel way better.

After the molding they still gave me some problems but now they are all gone as I've used em close to 20 times now this season.

DId they mold the liners?

Thin or thick ski socks?

Did you get a footbed or insole?  Custom or trim-to-fit?

How tight are your buckles when you're skiing?

Is the tongue of the liner or overlap seated properly?

Do you open your buckles between runs/on the chair?

Anything else tucked in your boots?  Base layer pants/jeans/stormcuff/wallet?

i went to ski haus in brewster so its a hike back up to get the boots punched. ive only worn them for like 5 days so hopefuly they will pack out.

thwy did mold the liners

they were molded in my dakine thinline socks

no foot bed

buckels are medium to loose

the toung is on correctly i beleave

dont open the boots on the chair only take them off at lunch

It sounds like you need some support in the boot. If you have had the liner molded and you have done 5 days, your liners will be brocken in. By the sounds of it the boot is a little narrow for you. It cold be that you need the shell streching, or it could be that your foot is pronating inside the boot and this is in effect making your foot wider. Getting a good insole will keep your foot in a more neutarl postion which could make your foot narrower in the boot.

Either way your best bet is to go back the shop you got them and see what the fitter recomends.
