Smith Phenom Mirror Lens

So I tried to buy a mirror lens for sunny days for my Smith Phenom goggles. I ordered platinum mirror off of the smith site because based on the picture I thought I would be getting lens that look like a mirror from the outside. When they came, what I got was closer to an orangey-red color lens with a very slight mirrored effect. I want it to look 100% like a mirror where my eyes are not visible. I called Smith and was told that what I got was indeed their "platinum mirror".

Since almost no sites out there have actual pictures of these lenses there no way to tell what they really look like. To anyone that has or has had these goggles, is there a mirror lens for them? If so, what is it called?

gold sol x is the darkest lens they make, and it is pretty damn dark. most people go with red sol x or green sol x. my favorite sunny day lens being the green sol x. platinum mirror is an alright lens, not my favorite in the line up though.

You probably do have the platinum mirror, you just have to be in the right light to get maximum mirror effect.

Once you're skiing with them on they will look darker from the outside. I use the ignitor mirror on the pair of Phenoms I have (which is supposed to be lighter than the platinum mirror) and you can't see my eyes at all when I'm skiing with them.

How does the green sol-x look from the outside? I saw it on the smith website, but like I said, none of the pictures they have are real pictures so it is hard to tell what it really looks like.
