i dont really know. theres a lot. but i recently saw The Straight Story, a david lynch movie. Richard Farnsworth had an amazing role in it, part of it was because he was actually going through what the character in the movie was in real life.

Whoever says donnie darko, allthough good, you guys have pbly never seen very many other good movies.

The best acting, EVER would HAVE to be Mystic River. All these indie movies have good acting, but Kevin Bacon, Sean Penn, and most of all Tim Robbins are juggernaut actors. Its the best, most immersive acting i have ever seen, and i watch a lot of movies.

i thought mystic river wasnt all that impressive, i thought the ending was probably the worst ending they couldve made. acting was good, but only as good as the storyline or script allowed it to be.

Dustin Hoffman was good in Rainman
