who else is broke and just hiking the rails and shit at the hills? It kinda sucks but im getting soo good at rails now since i hit them hundreds of times in a night so im starting not to mind it

I don't necessarily condone this, but clip tickets get the job done.
Go up around noon. Lurk in the parking lot for people leaving. Ask them for their ticket. Clip. Go ski.
Illegal, but you might as well because they payed for a full day regardless.

issue with this is that the wicket is broken and its hard to get another, especially if the pass is expired

my men has a hike-up jib park and i do that a lot (sometimes i don't even bring my pass) but if you put snow on your skis so it looked like your rode, then at the end of the day, lifted don't care
