During the day I'm so tired that I blink almost constantly just to keep my eyes alive, and around 2-4 I feel like I'm going to just fall asleep where I stand/sit/etc. It's getting pretty frustrating, but I'm more worried that it's gonna start catching up to my training. I'm kicking ass right now and it won't stay that way if this gets worse.
Has anyone had serious problems with this before? I work out regularly, I NEVER had this problem in college and I feel like I was more stressed then, I go to bed 9 hours before I want to get up and I try to do all the tips and tricks I've read without much success. It seems like I can't fall asleep before the 5-6 hour til work time mark and it's simply not enough rest for me, especially with these long days.
I'm curious if this could be a short term affect of stressing out with the new high stakes environment at work or if I should be more concerned. I know my commanders will send me to the doctor if I bring it up, but I really don't want to get behind my class and have to catch up or get washed back to the next class.
