Great house, corner lot. fenced in yard w/garage. just up the street from sugar house
awsome roomates
they all shred at pretty much all the hills.
deal is im trying to sell my lease that runs through may. 350 rent + buy me out of my deposit... we can work a deal on that.

room is the biggest in the house, two mirrored flolding door closets. huge desk i built.. its all yours as long as you live there. also a tv is in there as well.
got a job on the east coast and had to leave with short notice but im really bummed to be leaving as its by far the nicest house iv rented and the roommates coudnt be better.
