does not do it with ease? you are such an ignorant shit, if not doing it with ease you mean doing every trick about as proper as you can get, sorry i know you only like your hero tom wallisch but come on open your fucking eyes.
style isn't all that matters. That being said tricks aren't all that matter either. But bobby can throw huge tricks and stomp them. Generic is his style, and he is the best at it
Funny how absolutely flawless execution of tricks in skiing suddenly turned from simply perfect and amazing into "generic" due to the IDGAF thug generation - you gotta be messy and rough around the edges to be "cool".
I actually like watching Bobby ski, and having met him a few times i can tell you that he is a really nice guy, and he actually does have pretty sick style when he changes up his grabs, and wears slightly bigger clothing. I don't understand the hate on Bobby and I think that everybody should just stop complaining because he is a better skier than 99-100% of the people on this site.
i'm just saying most people will agree with me that him wearing jackets to his waist and normal fitting pants make it slightly harder to watch him, I know it makes me sound like a little B&E fanboy trendwhore, but i have seen him at COC with slightly bigger outerwear and I have to say i liked watching him more there than when he is competing, he is a tall guy and he looks a little awkward in smaller outerwear. Not everybody will agree with me here but I'm sure the general populous of NS thinks the same way.
I don't know what you are talking about now. Judging by the hate on Bobby I have seen on this site, people are complaining about not only his somewhat generic style but also his outerwear look, although not quite to the extent they complain about his style. I like watching Bobby ski a lot I just think he looks weird at times, I am not saying he should go full xxxxxxxxxl suits like Casabon (who I really can't stand), but just slightly baggier.
Yeah, yeah, of course. Clothing is one aspect of the visual style we skiers pay attention to, but it's by no means the be- all,end-all what so many trend skiers make it out to be.
I dislike people who say Ahmed, for example, shouldn't ski with his jacket open when jumping into pow just as much as I dislike people who declare that clothing is an actual relevant factor in for stylish skiing.
sorry I ended up getting side tracked and only talking about his outerwear. I'm going to quit now before i derp harder and end up making everybody hate me. He should change up his grabs too, I think his dub 10 safety in Attack of La Nina was sick and his dub 14 blunt in The Way I See It was pretty awesome too. Clothing wasn't originally my main point and I was trying to get the point across that he can get boring to watch, but if he were to switch up his tricks and look more people would like him.
I'd rather see professionalism and competitiveness in athletes/competitions than a bunch of stoned wannabe thugs perfecting their afterbang. I guess I'm the only one...
i met bobby brown once at a meet and greet type thing. he seemed like he really didn't want to be there and wasn't too friendly. i don't blame him though.
