if youre looking for a "payed" job, i think you could have done a little better then that.

1) "recently getting into designing skis"?

making a graphic, for a ski that dosnt exist, for a company you dont work for, is not designing skis.
i sometimes draw "futureistic" buildings in google sketchup. does that make me an architect?

permission, photoshop, permission.... group your ideas nigguh.
dont talk about one thing, say something else, then come back to your first point. Plus, if they did want to use it, they would tell you. Giving them permission to use something that you have absolutely zero idea if they are even interested in using in the first place seems extremely arrogant to me.

save the salary negotiations and benfits packages till you GET a reponse maybe??

If you were at all interested in having them even consider using your idea, i would have gone about it completely differently.

Were they the neon colored ones in the Christmas weak? Or were those masterminds or something, cause I'd imagine the chronics staying a darker color. Although the green this year is kinda bright compared to past years.

Hate to be that guy, but this dude has it spot on. This the most unprofessional way to get freelance work and a "payed" job at a ski company. Did you think that throwing it on NS and having a bunch of 13 year old kids with illegal copies of Photoshop was going to mean Armada was going to use it?

It's a cool design that would be good for a desktop background. Change the dimensions, throw it on flickr and let people see it and download it.

Next time a ski design contest happens you would have had a great design and all you would have to do is swap the logo, but instead you let the cat out of the bag and tried to get NS to back you for Armada to make a ski with your graphic.
