All-Mountain Ski Advice for ME

Hi,
My name is Brennen and I ski in the PACIFIC NORTHWEST, specifically Mt. Hood and Bachelor. My skiing ability is a TYPE 3 I believe. I really do about all kinds of skiing besides park. I am looking for a ski that performs well in POWDER, TREES, when the snow might not be completely fresh, and even for some fast groomers. My issue is that sometimes I go up with some advanced skiers and we will be doing double blacks, blacks, and some back country (not so much cliffs and that stuff) and I want a ski that performs well here, but I also sometimes just go up with friends who aren't as skilled and I find myself going down the easier runs or going through the park with them and just having fun going fast or hitting jumps and what not. I went into the ski shop today and was given 3 recommendations: LINE Influence (105), K2 Fung Fujas, and the Solomon Shoguns. As for other information, I don't have much of a budget, I'm 21, 5'-11" and 190 lbs. I would like to know what you think about these skis as well as other recommendations for a ski that can perform on lots of different terrain.

i was in the same boat for an All mtn ski...

here is my advice from what i learned:  Since there are pleanty of awesome skis out there i have requirements more than a specific ski

>Waist 103-115

>Radius 20-28m

>Camber underfoot, with early rise tip and tail... for the seldom groomers

so with those guidlines the best i saw were teh 4frnt turbo, rossi S6, shogun, atomic coax and blog, and finally the Volkl Gotama. 

there are a few skis i left out but you would be fine with any of those!  Mount at your descression

Atomic Access, volkl bridge. Also look at Moment skis and Surface skis. They have a ton of skis around what you're looking for.

Serious ? But OP, the s6 look very nice. The fujas might be too soft for you. Like Gunko said, the jeffrey are a good option.

Ar7 would surfice as an all mountain ski in the south east, otherwise its WAAAYYY to narrow... you would def want something wider, especially out west

Haha ya forgive me sometimes i forget that people actually get to ski on legit snow. I live on the east coast so for me its a great all mountain ski haha

lol word me too and i used an AR6 mounted back for my all mtn...at my resort in the south east... i have since bumped up to 105 underfoot (175 4Frnt Turbos), and even on groomers these new skis are awsome on everthing!

also for me atleast of all the companies i talked to, 4Frnt was the nicest, and had the best customer service!  they were stoked on me wanting their sticks, and i was stoked that they were stoked....

even managing a ski shop where i can prodeal a lot of stuff, i paid way more than i should for the 4frnts cuz the service was dope!.... and then they went on the clymb for like $50 less than what i paid a week later... eitehr way love to support a dope company!

I'm the same height/weight as you, but a whole lot older.  I had a pair of Kung Fujas last year and sold them to buy a pair of 4frnt Turbos.

Much happier now.

I have the Line Blends, They are a pretty awesome all mountain ski imo

Havent had any complaints, and this will be my second year on them

I cant afford more than 1 pair of skis so the blends have been awesome for me
