Replying to Binding pulled out

So last night, first night out on the hill about 5 runs in (really small hill) my ski releases on a switch landing. i hike back up fully expecting another broken brake, but it was worse. The brake itself didn't break, it actually lifted the front two screws out of the heal piece right out of the ski. the binding mounting bracket is a tad bent, straighten it or try and get parts or buy new bindings?

This is kinda a multi question thread, first off, how does one go about getting my binding put back on with the holes being stripped out?

secondly, what am i doing wrong that im breaking so many breaks?

thirdly, does anyone cut their breaks shorter so only 3/4 to an 1 sticks down when the ski releases?(im thinking i might do this and see how it works)
