Mounting my chronics at center?

Already have my Chronics mounted at recommended (2 centimeters back) and i heard they are amazing if they are mounted at center. So i took them into my local ski shop and they basically said i should just leave them where they are because thats where its recommended that i have them mounted. Is it worth re-drilling just to have them moved to center? I dont really care at all about resale price going down.

i mean money isnt really a problem to an extent. in that i have my own job, im still in high school (no bills to pay... yet) and every dollar i make im currently saving. i do pretty much 90% park so i feel like center mounting is the way to go but im still not completely on board... i just dont want to go through the trouble. someone can try and sway my opinion here though.

I had the orange chronic's, the 08/09 ones i believe, I had them wherever the line was, after I got new skis I had them mounted center, and imo were way better then set back, I've ridden everything centered ever since and I love it.

Ive had 3 skis that were all set back, until i got a centered pair and OMG its so much better, especially on rails. So if you really want to get them centered, do it

I refuse to ride anything but center, rails are so much better on them.

a lot of it is a mental block, if it were more that -2 back i would say year redrill, but -2 is only that, 2 cm...

thats not a lot ride your skis and enjoy them, when you get new ones then center mount.

some boot have alot of forward lean too so your wieght might be at center even if your mounted -2...... just my 2 cents.
