Actually to my Grandmother's funeral a couple weekends ago, I wore a trench coat. Very tall, and steezy.

However, everybody else probably thinks you're a dumbass simply by the clothes you choose to wear. While that may seem vain, it is the way shit works. Heed the advice. however, if she wants to change up the way you dress and what you like to wear, tell her that you're gonna be you and not change for her. i had a similar problem, my ex girlfriend tried to get me to stop stretching my ears and close them up. i gave her the option of either being with me as i am and as i want to be, or not being with me at all. as was said before, "don't be a whipped little bitch." don't change for some girl.
