all the old pros are now not as good. i think cause 1. they've already prove themselves and 2. why risk it? they risked before when they thought they were headed somewhere and it turned out they got nowhere big. I mean, they definitely got somewhere, but I don't know if it's where they thought they'd be.

plus barely any skaters have thug style anymore.

and i couldn't find a good video of new J bah, so here's the GC vid trailer instead. First video i'll be buying in awhile.

is it just me, or does blading or whatever the fuck its called look completely styleless. it's all twirly whirlies and switch up to switch up to switch up with arms flailing around to maintain balance.

looks terrible. i had to stop it about halfway through because i was shaking my head at how stupid it looks.

everything not skiing, it's natural to want to revert after landing fakie. not sure why but i do it too, although I do it less after skiing. you usually don't take a 500ft motionless ride away while skating.

also on blades, 99% of tricks should be landed fakie. only few and far between can land forward and make it look good.

plastic bag, you never fail to disappoint when it comes to blading. I hadn't seen that trailer yet that is dope and i will be buying it for sure.

yeah landing forward is less comfortable too. simon mulvanhey (or however you spell his ast name) is a really great videographer. here's another good edit he did for razors news one time.

if you think his style, or any real rollerbladers style isn't good looking, look around and watch (and I mean this with as little offense as possible) NS videos of kids skating. Unless they're real rollerbladers and not kids who just picked it up during the summer to practice skiing tricks. It looks exactly like skiing and looks horrible, stiff knees, immobile rest of the body, and afterbang to the max. also only pretzels, no use of sole plates, and you might as well hand them poles.

hahaha this. i hate the NS blade steeze. all h-block grinds or budget switch ups/ stiff boner landings. i also get a kick out of the kids i see at work wearing tall tees and shit with their ski helmets w/o the padding.
