good ones to compare to the PB&js would be:
Line sir francis bacon. 108 under foot with rocker in the tip and tail, nice soft flex and in my opinion, the coolest graphics you can get on a ski right now.
Rossignol Scimitar. 98 under foot with a full subtle rocker running throughout the whole ski. This ski also has a really rad set of colors and the bases are just bad ass.
Rossignol S3 Freeride: pretty much the same ski as the Scimitar but with camber under foot and a different sidecut pattern. A bit more of a "directional" scimitar, for people who are less apt to hit the park. but that is just rossi's marketing as lots of kids center mount this thing and ski it mostly in the park. It just comes down to what type of camber you would prefer between the two. also in terms of specs, this ski is pretty darn similar to the PB&J.

ON3P Geronimo: Also very similar to the pb&j besides being a bit narrower under foot (96mm compared to the pb&j's 101mm).Lots of camber under foot, rocker tip and tail, double thickness bass and edges for rails and hard impacts and a medium stiff, poppy flex.

Volkl Bridge: It is weird how similar this ski is to the rossignol scimitar. (95 under foot compared to the scimitars 96 underfoot @178) and almost the exact same turning radius. The only differences I could tell looking at them side by side in the shop is the stiffness and camber. Simply put, the volkl bridge is pretty much just a stiffer, more expensive version of the Scimitar, which has a flat spot underfoot where the scimitar has a "full" rocker with no flat spot. i guess it comes down to which company you like better between Rossi and Volkl (I am a rossi guy myself and would recomend them over volkl any day of the week)
Dynastar 6th Sense Slicer: Also very similar to the Scimitar and Bridge. 98 under foot, unlike the brigde though, it has a very small amount of mellow camber underfoot while sporting very mellow and subtle rocker in the tip and tail. Overall, much less "curvy" when it comes to the camber. and the flex is somewhat on the medium SOFT side. a killer all mountain ski for park and literally whatever else.
hope that helps you narrow it down a bit! good luck bro!
