Who else makes $15 / hr?

I'm college educated person and in a job in which I use my degree. And I'm only getting paid $15 an hour. Janitors at McDonalds start at 10, so I want to know what kinds of shitty jobs are equivalent so I can gage how hard I work vs. how hard I should be working for such shitty pay.

we have a smaller grocery store in town where the workers take the groceries out to people's cars and get tipped. not unreasonable

@OP

if you want a decent job, try being a lifeguard. it takes about a thousand bucks for all the training courses, and rock bottom pay is 15/hr, going up to around thirty for experienced lifeguards at pools.

if you can get a waterfront job, even better. pay cap is like 40 an hour.
