just courious to how often you poop? my friends say at leats once a day but for me its once every 3-4 days.

Hey ECB,  why dont you post 4 times?

but actually thats shows that your healthy,    (most likely)  there should be 1 bowel movement per meal.
although it may be inconvenient.

i go once very morning,    possibly again later if i eat dairy and forget my lactade pills

A cool 1 per day average based on my recent activities. About a year ago though i got into eating prunes and after about a month i swore i would never eat another prune again
