I believe schizo's are mouted 7mm away from the other marker bindings and have an extra hole that's position corresponds with the M series bindings..
7mm is pretty close to the old holes if you're set on a mounting point but you can always move the mounting point a little bit to give a bit more space from the holes. Bring them into a shop that sells marker and talk to the tech.

Could always just throw the new bindings in with some epoxy/toothpicks in each hole and see if they hold. If you're not scare of a binding rip out.. The less new holes the better. The new markers should pop right into the old holes. Just plug the 5th hole for the toe pieces to prevent water getting into the ski.
