Locking an iPhone without the lock button.

I'm really looking forward to getting an Outdoor technology iPhone case, BUT the home button is not accessible while the case is on and I don't want to have the take the case off every time I want to lock the iphone.. Yes I have googled, and came up with a lot of ways to do it BUT I refuse to jailbreak my ipod. How can I do this?

tldr Case wont let me use lock button. Dont want to jailbreak for 1 app to lock it without the button.

It would drive me crazy to have a case that wouldn't let me click the lock button. Do yourself a favor and get a skullcandy case instead. They have a ton of really sick looking cases, and I couldn't be happier with mine. One thing skullcandy actually got right. You don't need OT's jumbo waterproof case. Just don't be a dumbass with your phone. That thing would be such a pain in the ass.

I'd much rather get a case that isn't bulky ass as an otterbox or $90 for a bulky life-proof case. Any other options?

Outdoor Technology cases look ridiculously bulky to me too... Read my previous post- skullcandy cases are great.

This is most likely going to be a really dumb question, but is there a waterproof iphone case that doesn't have 2 "screens" like the lifetouch one. Like a plastic thing you have to touch through to get to the screen?

i was given a case for my HTC aria that made it very difficult for me to hit the lock button. so i took it upon myself with a pair of scissors to easily modify the rubber case and expose it. now it works flawlessly.

look on the app store, there is a LOCK BUTTON, App that you just press and locks your iphone for you
