Need help finding christmas present for girlfriend- 10Karma

Hey I could really use some help right now.

When I was in Italy I saw street vendors selling big slippers (happy feet, sneaker slippers like this Click for larger image) but looked like classic chuck taylor converse shoes. I didnt buy em there thinking I could find them in the states, but i literally cant find them anywhere online.
