Change icon help

I have an icon that is less than 8k and is 50x50, but when I select the icon I want to upload it just says "Finished" and doesn't appear.

easiest thing to do, clear cache. I don't know how many times I've had small problems like that that get solved by clearing cache. also, what browser are you using?  try different one?
