Got beaten up today at C.O.P

First off some background info. I am 14 years old (I know that is not a good thing to say to Newschoolers) and my brother is 16 years old. The guy that beat us up was over 18, and could be charged for what he did. I had never met him before and it seemed like he has a violent history because he punched another friend of mine last year, and he was threatening another C.O.P local earlier that year.

I was at the top of the progression park, about to hit the jump, when he cut me off, so i went off to the side to get out of his way, he tried a 5 and ate absolute shit, I guess he blamed it on me because he was really raging, even though he had cut me off and just fell because he was a really bad snowboarder. So i was waiting in the line for the jump at the bottom of the progression park when the guy comes up from behind and punches me in the back of the head, I got up and he tackled me over and tried to punch me in the balls, Ben ( my brother came over and was like "what are you doing!" so he punches Ben ( my brother) in the face, giving him a gnarly black eye and then tries to like get on top of him, I tell him to fuck off and he actually left, but was angry and swearing and being a humongous asshole. My friend Jared was watching and can confirm this happened.


I got park security involved and I managed to get him banned for the whole year, His name on his pass is James Ward although we are not sure if it is him.

Ben's NS name is B.Taillefer and Jared's is DURK18.

starting a fight at the park is just stupid. most of the time both parties are gonna get their passes pulled, and then bam you just wasted at least 300 bucks. although i did one time get cut off by a kid at mount snow when i was snowboarding and he swung at me and missed so i swung back and nailed his ass. but fighting at the mountain is dumb shit.

I love overly agressive skiers and boarders.  I can't even imagine how huge of dicks they are when they're NOT enjoying themselves on the slopes. 

I almost always just lol.  It lets them know you don't take them anywhere nearly as seriously as they take themselves, and hopefully makes them realize how stupid they look.  One time a guy got mouthy in the liftline because I straightlined past him only to wait at the bottom for friends- he skied past, said some coice words which I ignored but he got loud once he was in line so I did my best woman voice and yelled "I'm a skiing hardass, man- you don't wanna mess with me, I'm hardcore even on vacation- that's right, clear the slopes- I'm a freakin' badass!" Everyone within earshot cracked up, dude felt like an ass and turned back around.  End of story.

I think I know this guy, he tried to fight one of my friends when he rode over a mound of snow  (apparently it was his "pump track.") Was he wearing all technine gear?

he had a gnu board with a black base with green writing and he wore a sandbox helmet. All black outerwear and skinnier pants, I don't know what brand the outerwear was though.

Some friends and I almost got in a fight with some kids at Brighton because we threw a snowball off the chair at one of our friends down below. They had no idea who the girl was and started yelling at us so we told them to stay there, when we got down they were gone.

hahaha i have witnessed fights on the mountain and they are always so funny to watch.

One time in ski lessons (age 14)
we were playing king of the hill on this snow gun made hill and the one kid (spoiled rich kid that sucks in the park) was getting so mad because it was steep and icy and i would just push him lightly before he got to the top and would slide all the way down because he couldnt stop himself. So after this had happened about 3 or 4 times he (without my knowing) walked around this hill and was behind me. I was still playing king of the hill and the kid tackles me and we go sliding down this hill. we get to the bottom and he is throwing wild punches at me and we are still on the ground. I throw a unaimed blow and break this kids crowbars, and he started flipping out and goes storming off towards the instructor and the intsructor was just like "yep, thatll happen in king of the hill" hahahahahaha his face

Actually Jared was at the bottom of the park, pretty far away and after he finished with me he went over to my brother about 15 to 20 feet away, and by the time I had clicked out of my skis he was leaving, we wanted to kick his ass but he left pretty damn quick after.

he was yelling at this older dude, probably 40, for sitting on the j-bar. so the dude said, "come say that to my face" so lil peyton did and the old dude kirked on him and said he was gonna kick his teeth in. peyton started crying and park crew kicked the guy out.

Yeah i Ski C.O.P lots and i ski and used to snowboard. i still snowboard sometimes like 2 times a year anyways. we found a pair of oakley crowbars under the stairs to the lodge at C.O.P and we went to lost and found no one claimed them or anything so we just took 'em back. then outta nowhere this guy comes up freakin' out and pushes my friend over those little blue thing on the deck of the lodge and left with the goggs but before he left my friend whipped him in the leg with ski pole
