are the brand new 2004-2005 line 1260s any different than the old ones..i was thinking about getting them but if they haven't changed atall i wont..are they good skis? I dont want to hear line's suck, tell me why.

they suck because the edges crack a shit load, the top sheet sheds strips a shit load, the resale value is not a shit load, and they turn like a big load of shit

i had 12s and they lasted a good 3 weeks... trust me

yeah i think they ditched the carbon ollie band (or whatever it was) to cut costs....basically the 1260 is more of a low-end ski now, get the new mike nick pros or the chronics if line is your cup of tea

out of the pro models get the nicks for park or get the chronics, but if you cant get the dough go for the 12s, it is a solid parks ski.

i called line and getboards, and both said this.

The 1260 is a low end ski designed for people that don't have the extra money to spend, or the people that are new to the freestyle skiing scene. TO save money the carbon ollie has been taken out. It DOES NOT have the fatty edges and bases. It is basicly like last years 1260 but with new graphics.

I have the 04- 05 tvelve sixties and i think they are sick they are nothing like the old ones. I like them alot.
