Guys i need help!

when people aren't around i get the urge to go through their stuff and eat whatever i can. well today i found a bag of this green powder in one of the rooms and ate a lot of it. its almost an hour later and i've been feeling really weird... the box said "kratom" on it but i don't know what that is. help guys, i'm worried if i might have overdosed... steve is going to kill me.
